In the last 14 months, Seven Sons has seen several major shifts in consumer habits.

One of the most significant has been the rise of online ordering and grocery curbside pickup!

Which is great if you're interested in reaching new customers in new markets! Delivering to remote pickup points is typically a low-cost way to get started.

But expanding to new markets is more challenging than just filling the truck with product and hauling off to your neighboring big city!

When we started out, some of our biggest questions were:

  • Which cities should we deliver to first?
  • How do we identify the best locations?
  • How do we find enough customers to make this worth our time?

This week's episode of GrazeCast is all about answering these questions and more! Check it out below.

And if that's your goal too, then this strategy deserves your attention!
